Prices this week are basically unchanged at $354,990. Because in a normal year prices peak June 30th, and then pull back in the fall, all of a sudden we’re up 8% year over year. This pricing number is going to be very sensitive to interest rates, so keep your eye on rates as policy and the global economy change.
