Yep, we know, but it’s for your own good! We’re in the process of loading a few GBs of newly calculated and stats into our system. These include complete historical data sets of our newest stats:
- Median Price of New Listings
- Median Price of Listings Absorbed
These are stats that we first started calculating in March 2009 and have spent the last few months running the back calculations on the 15,000+ zip codes that we cover. The number crunching took a few months, but they’re all ready to go and that’s what we’re working on right now.
